You are responsible for maintaining account security. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use. You must be at least 16 years old to register.
3. Purchases and Access
Prices are listed in USD and may change. After purchase, you receive access instructions via email. Access is for your personal use and may not be shared without written permission.
4. Refunds
Refunds are available within 14 days if you have not attended a live clinic. To request a refund, contact support via Contact.
5. Acceptable Use
- Do not reverse engineer, resell, or publicly share course materials.
- Do not interfere with site operation or attempt unauthorized access.
- Use tools and techniques safely and in compliance with local regulations.
6. Intellectual Property
All content is owned by Shotnest Atelier or our licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. You receive a limited, revocable license to access purchased materials.
7. Disclaimers
Courses are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific outcomes or earnings. Use professional judgment when applying techniques on-site.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shotnest Atelier is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes
We may modify these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The domain reference shotnest.bond is used for policy indexing.
